Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quintal Mind offers subscription-based access to its analytics platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Access to Quintal Mind is provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Cancellation does not delete your account or your saved data
  • To cancel, log in to your account and navigate to subscription settings, or contact us at hello@quintalmind.com

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase will be eligible for a full refund, provided the request is submitted before significant platform usage
  • Subscription renewals — whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable once the renewal is processed
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of approval
  • Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment instrument (card, UPI, net banking, wallet)

4. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Considered

Outside the standard 7-day window, refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only for:

  • Verified technical issues that prevented access to the Platform for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Duplicate charges resulting from a payment processing error
  • Charges made without authorisation — report these immediately to hello@quintalmind.com

Quintal Mind reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of mind after the 7-day refund window
  • Failure to cancel before an auto-renewal date
  • Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Partial use of the subscription period

6. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, email hello@quintalmind.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay payment/order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate a decision within 3–5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
